“the food for breakfast that you offered tasted like cardboard the oatmeal was runny not oatmeal the orange juice was not orange juice eggs and meat on both days were not eggs or meat they all looked like food but the food was not the real deal other than the breakfast food and it was NOT the preparers it was the food ... the staff and the room were execellent it was the food that was disapointing coffee was good also if i am paying 800 for 2 nights i expect real food ”

“amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay”

“Although I booked months ago, I somehow was assigned a room on a pet friendly floor. Pee stains on hallway carpet. On day two of my two night stay there was an awful odor in hallway which I reported to the front desk. Bathroom was poorly designed: spout on sink faucet was not long enough, so water was all over counter every time I used it. Shower door leaked so water all over floor when I showered. There were issues with check out: I paid half when I booked thru Expedia but the hotel had no...
