“My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.”

“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “Room bathroom lock was broken. Bathroom smelled like piss. Ac blowing hot. Paid $18 extra to park underneath and had to park down the street for $10 something for a day. Charged me $44 for 3 bottles of water and told me no manager on site on weekend so I had to call my bank. I would never ever stay there again”

“Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.”
