“Tutto ok”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“A great hotel to stay in, if you’re traveling through the area. It was the most interesting hotel that we have stayed in on our across the country drive! This used to be a 1890’s national guard armory and converted into castle theme hotel. Rooms are very huge and comfortable! ”

“Very grateful that this hotel had an actual functional (non-Tesla!) EV charger, albeit only one that was working. I am lucky that no one else was using it, since it was a Level 2 charger and I needed to charge from my arrival at 4 until midnight to get the charge I needed for the following day's trip. There were actually two chargers but only one seemed to work - it would be great if the hotel would fix the other one. Schenectedy is a sketchy city and I was hit up by a panhandler in the parking...

“Everything was very clean, from the breakfast area to the hallways to our room. Parking was easy and safe. The room was quiet and housekeeping came every day, which I have found to be unusual the past few years at other chains. Most of our stays recently have been in Saratoga due to family obligations. We stayed in some higher-end establishments and they were not as nice as this Microtel in Amsterdam. We'll definitely be staying here again!”

“Room was clean but bedding was terrible. Pillows were pathetic, all 4 . Sheets did not fit mattress so had to sleep on rubber mattress cover. Kathy Hilton would not allow RHOBH to sleep with those conditions. It was hard to find an open parking spot. Restaurant was good.”

“Very good hotel. We've been there for a stop-over: it's a convenient location close to the highway (and nice shopping malls too); the staff has been very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very much appreciated also the availability 24/7 of hot coffee and tea. The indoor pool with Jacuzzi, everything accessible, has also been very much appreciated.
