“Everything was great during our stay: our room was very clean and maintained each day. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods that appealed to everyone. The staff was very attentive and took care of issues immediately when they noticed them instead of letting them go and waiting for a guest to complain - that is huge and becoming less common lately! This is our go-to hotel when we travel to this area - we will definitely come back next time!”

“Walls in the room were filthy. Looked like a dog dragged its body across the bottom portion of the walls around the whole room and the walls in the bathroom were grimy and had visible specs of trash on them. They switched me to another room and it stunk of weed and dirty feet. I ended up requesting a refund and booked an Airbnb, I would never stay here. One lady at the desk was somewhat helpful but there was a manager on site that was rude.”

“My family and i came back from a quince pretty early (11pm) and the front desk were nice enough to continue our party by the pool and serving us unit last call. i also appreciated the complementary qtips upon request (they were wooden ones!)”
