“One night stay. Arrived early, no rooms available told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes watched 2 people check in with none available yet for us. 20 minutes later gal at the desk got us a room. Everything new bright clean. No Issues. Great breakfast. Waited 10 minutes at desk to check out. No one present finally 3 or 4 of the people waiting just left the keys and walked out. 8:30AM the front desk of a sold out hotel and no one present.”

The staff member we spoke with was helpful and acknowledged our concerns, but was unable to issue a refund. We decided to leave for our own peace of mind and called back later that evening because we were told the night staff had the authority to process refunds.
