“Rooms were clean. Staff was pretty decent unaware of certain things that’s happening on their property like the parking handicap especially not knowing certain criteria of charging people’s card on multiple occasions. Staff needs a lot of training. Moving forward to stay was nice. The rooms are comfortable safe place for family, but surrounded up the staff needs to be a little more attentive to the people that are parking where their parking and their guest that’s there.”

“The air condition/heater unit had missing buttons so I couldn't adjust it. A maintenance man finally came to fix it. The bathtub was INCREDIBLY slippery. I'm amazed that motels allow this; I can easily see people having lawsuits against unsafe tubs. The hot water in the shower was at a medium temperature, at best. I couldn't take a hot shower because of that. The desk clerk was perfectly polite, but when I asked if there were any compensations for the inconveniences of the room, he said,...

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned upon arrival. The shower was broken and difficult to use, and the fridge was rusted and did not feel secure or safe. The TV remote/control was sticky and clearly had not been sanitized. On top of that, there was a very strong unpleasant smell in the room, likely caused by humidity or mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained...
