“I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...

“The only thing we had an issue with was that we couldn't check in. The computer system was down and we had to wait for the manager next door to help find us a room. We never received a key for our room because of the computer system....this was no fault of the staff. Otherwise the room was great and breakfast was good.”
