Welcome to your Cape Cod getaway! Nestled in the desirable Town Neck Beach neighborhood, our beautifully renovated Coastal Cape is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Just a short walk to the beach and only 0.3 miles from the iconic Sandwich Boardwalk, you'll be close to everything that makes Sandwich one of Cape Cod's favorite destinations.

Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, our home's layout is ideal for multi-generational vacations, grandparents, or two couples traveling together. The first floor features a comfortable queen bedroom and a newly remodeled full bathroom, providing a private, stair-free space for guests who prefer to stay on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious king bedroom, a third bedroom with three twin beds, and a second full bathroom, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and unwind.

The bright, open-concept living area features hardwood floors, central air conditioning, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 55" 4K Smart TV. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, plus three additional seats at the kitchen island, making meals together easy and enjoyable.

Whether you're cooking a family dinner or preparing breakfast before heading to the beach, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, 12-cup drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking essentials.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer, complimentary laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

First Floor: Queen bedroom with a 43" 4K Smart TV
Second Floor: King bedroom with a 55" 4K Smart TV, spacious closet, and dedicated workspace
Second Floor: Bedroom with three twin beds and a large closet

All mattresses are hypoallergenic, and blackout curtains help ensure a restful night's sleep. We provide fresh bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels, so you can pack a little lighter. An extra rollaway twin bed is also available upon request.
