Disappointed in cleanliness of the room--needed new bedding upon arriving as the bedding was stained. Had to buy disinfectant wipes to wipe all surfaces in the room--coffee maker was dirty where the water is poured in, light switches/remotes/door handles/table tops/phone were grimy/dirty”

I stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel, on Riverside West, often.
Excellent staff, and a very clean and well maintained property, inside and out.
Ate at the River Room Restaurant, for Breakfast Buffet, and lunch.
Exceptional quality, with a great view.
