“Locked access Couldn't access the building. Buzzed to enter a lady couldn’t let us in as she said she wasn’t even in the building. No parking for a truck The parking in rear no room for a truck Full of snow. No windows. Didn’t even look like a motel Looks like an abandoned building. “Pool was out of service at the time of check in which was very disappointing for my kids. I booked online months in advance anticipating a working pool and hot tub so that was a big negative to our stay. Everything else was good though, wish they would have served bacon at one of the breakfasts”

I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds.
