“The trip started out bad -when we arrived the entire system had shut down with no idea when it would be back up. The guys at the front desk were nice as could be-the situation was completely out of thier hands. As we were looking for another place, the system came back up, much to a LOT of other guests happiness!
The room key was handed out in record time-I have NEVER had such a speedy check-in!
