“The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it”

“Very lovely and well-maintained grounds, pool area, beach with good quality beach chairs and towels. The room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed including a safe, refrigerator, microwave, iron/ironing board and a convenient and nice bathroom and amenities. The tiki bar closed too early at 7 pm and the restaurant/market did not offer much of a menu, but there are very good restaurants nearby.”

“As with most places on Sanibel, this is a family-run small business and they are eager to please. This was the perfect location for our family to call home for a week, was right next door to a family-run convenience store, across the street from ice cream, dining & shopping, and on the main thoroughfare to get to everything else on the island via car. I didn't take pics of it because honestly, that's why you go to Sanibel, to do nothing other than go to the beach, collect cool sea shells, and...

“Resort tranquillo direttamente sul mare. Camera spaziosa e molto confortevole.”

“The hotel is a boutique style, but a little larger. Each unit has a balcony, as well as an outdoor entrance. There is a kitchen with a two burner stove and a small full refrigerator. There are not many restaurants, so we drove out a couple miles, each night. This was fine. They are still building back from the hurricane 3 years ago. The beach is beautiful but they're still working on some of it. Breakfast and coffee are included each day. This was great for us. The staff was super friendly....

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“Property is in great location- walk to restaurants and beach. Comfortable room. Responsive staff. Pool was very nice.”

“Wonderful inn right on the water. If you plan on taking a boat this is the absolute perfect place to stay in Ft Myers near the Caloosahatchee river and gulf. Inn staff was very helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.”

“La struttura al momento è bel lontana dalla perfezione ma considerando il terribile evento atmosferico che si è abbattuto da non troppo tempo nella zona direi che si può essere più comprensivi. L'appartamento non è certo ben pulito, non è certo ben tenuto e sicuramente non è al passo con i tempi, ma è comunque più che accettabile e voglio sperare che col nostro soggiorno abbiamo in minima parte contribuito alla ricostruzione. ”

“Terrible experience. First we had to change the room because of nosy neighbour having party in the room all naked with the window open. It seemed a normal attitude as we noticed several people going there to have parties. In the second room we had bed bugs and both of us have been bitten al body, ”
