“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“This location is excellent. Just a few blocks from the train station and walkable to the eiffel tower. There is a market, grocerty store and a bunch of restaurants less than a block away. So much to do in this area. The room was very clean, we had a double bed and a sofa bed with a kitchen. It was roomy enough for 3 people for sure. “Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”

“This apartment is in a wonderful location. Only a short walk away is probably the best shopping location in the World. I am from NYC so I know 5th Avenue. The neighborhood where the place is located is lively with lots of terrific cafes, bakeries, fresh fruit stands and restaurants. Inside the apartment, there is a clothes washer and dryer, coffee maker, micro wave, refrigerator, and flat scree TV. The hosts were very helpful and communicated with me several times before and during our stay....

“They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team”

“Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. ”
