“Great location! Loved everything about this stay minus all the stairs. ”

“Spacious and clean apartment in a great location, but with a few issues. For a family of 4 the 2nd bathroom with washing machine was a great bonus, but the water temperature in the shower as stated in the previous review was still a problem. The weather was 35 degrees Celsius for our stay so the shower switching randomly to cold water was just annoying and not unbearable. It was also a shame that such a nice kitchen lacked the basic cooking tools. There was no pot boil water, no cooking...

“We were a party of 5 and it was ok o. Terms of acommodation. They let me place the luggage in the apartment earlier than the regular check for which we were really greatfull Now. The wifi never worked properly. We had to take cold showers because the water was hot only for 5 minutes. The sofa bed arm rest was broken. “We had to wait outside ( not in a nice neighborhood) for the the owner open the door ( no door code) ,the location was not what was described. The apartment was not ready when we arrived ,we arrived around 5:30 pm and the cleaning crew was inside finishing cleaning. Bathroom very small and bed not very comfortable.”

“Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Wonderful location. Neighbors partied until 3 in the morning on Saturday night unfortunately which put a damper on things.”

“The accommodations were comfortable and the location was wonderful. The condo does show some wear and tear, and could benefit from a paint touch up and deep cleaning on the furniture especially, but we were happy overall. We felt safe and were easily able to get to everything that Florence has to offer on foot. ”
