Welcome to Terravú, a peaceful Mediterranean villa surrounded by nature, just 12 minutes from Sitges beaches and 35 minutes from Barcelona. Wake up to forest views, spend sunny afternoons by the pool, and enjoy long dinners under the stars overlooking the Garraf hills.

Spread across three levels, Terravú offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to enjoy Mediterranean living all year round.

LIVING AREA

At street level, the villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area with beautiful valley views, a fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. The house includes central A/C and heating, reliable high-speed WiFi and shutters throughout.

OUTDOOR SPACES

One level down, you’ll find the shaded outdoor dining and barbecue area — the perfect setting for relaxed lunches and long summer evenings with family and friends. This level also includes a second bathroom and laundry room.

Two levels below the main house, the private pool area opens up to breathtaking views over the Garraf hills. A wooden deck with sun loungers creates the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Please note that, due to the different levels and stairs throughout the property, the villa is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.





BOOKING CONDITIONS

•At least one guest responsible for the booking and staying at the property must be at least 23 years old.

•All guests (adults and children) must register with a valid ID or passport before arrival, as required by law. The same document must be presented at check-in.

•House rules must be accepted once the booking is confirmed.

ADDITIONAL TAXES
FEES

The following taxes and fees, not included in the booking price, are to be paid directly to the host before check-in:

Tourist tax:€ 1,75 / Adult (+16yr) / night up to 7 nights.
Long Stays (29 days or more): Utilities (gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi) are included in the rental price up to €150 per month. If the actual utility costs exceed this amount, the difference will be deducted from the security depositat the end of the stay.

Terravú is nestled in a quiet and safe residential area on the outskirts of Sant Pere de Ribes, surrounded by the Garraf Natural Park — the perfect setting to disconnect, enjoy nature and experience Mediterranean living at a slower pace. The area has a peaceful rural atmosphere while still being conveniently close to the coast and nearby towns.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the local restaurant Can Lloses, a much-loved spot in the area.Just a 5-minute drive away is the charming town of Sant Pere de Ribes, with supermarkets, local shops, cafés and restaurants. Rich in history and surrounded by vineyards belonging to the renowned Penedès wine region, it’s a beautiful town worth exploring.

Sitges is only 15 minutes away by car. Famous for its beaches, lively atmosphere and year-round cultural events, this Mediterranean coastal town offers a perfect mix of seaside charm and vibrant energy. Stroll along the palm-lined promenade, discover its picturesque old town, and enjoy its boutiques, galleries, restaurants and beach bars.Tarragona, with its Roman heritage and Mediterranean charm, is just 40 min away.





GETTING AROUND

A car is highly recommended to visit Terravú. You can easily park your car on the street, it is free and secure.

A short drive to the beach (12 min) and Sitges (15 min).

Barcelona is 35 minutes by car, while the airport is only 25 minutes.

Tarragona and PortAventura’s theme park are 40 minutes.
