Motel a Santa Anna

“Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

“Staff was really rude and she didnt acknowledge me or greet me she was on her phone all the time when she ask for my ID she hold my ID on her hand txt whoever she was and she finished sending that msg for her to give me my room.. no explanation at all of my staying told me my room number and grab back her phone slamming my ID back and she went back on her phone!”

“This is a basic, if u just need a place for the night and can rough it. Our room smelled like cigarettes, hence the 2 ashtrays that were provided in the room. Did not really look when booking. It was late and just needed to sleep. No amenities just the basic, towels and bedding. No carpet, which was good, it would've made the smell worst. This place could really be due for a complete makeover. ”

“The room was dirty stains on the bed sheets and towels there where roaches as well ”

“Tbe room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only problem wncountered was rhe tv remote was missing.”

“The room smelled awful, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. A cockroach appeared in my bathroom in the middle of the night, what a fright!”
