Outstanding stay!
We stayed here for my daughter's graduation weekend. The place was perfect. Lots of seating in living area, comfortable bedrooms and cool ambiance. Everything was easy from check in to included amenities. We relaxed on the balcony often, looking at the beautiful ocean and enjoying the sound of the surf. Restaurants are within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

Heaven on the sea
Perfect location for views and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Watching the sun rise from the deck was wonderful. Parking is tight

Santa Barbara retreat.
You can’t beat the location or the view. The condo itself needs a deep clean. The rooftop is wonderful. There is a BBQ up there which was not listed as an amenity.

Living furniture was disappointing - seemed a bit worn. No coffee pot but on-site manager supplied one ASAP. Beautiful view and great central location to explore Santa Barbara. Washer & dryer were clean and functional but not in unit.

Amazing views
The views were amazing. Fantastic rooftop deck. Good mattresses . Perfect place for a girls weekend. 2nd bathroom shower is very small. Ants. Just a dumbed down Mr Coffee would have been great.

Perfect Place from which to enjoy Santa Barbara
Our group was 4 college friends enjoying a girls' weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location was great. We had a view of the water from our balcony, and stairs at the edge of the building took us to the crosswalk to the beach. The rooftop space had even better views, comfortable furniture, and a firepit.
A short walk beyond the beach was a harbor with a few restaurants including a nice place for coffee and pastries. The complex is older but well maintained and very well landscaped. We could watch hummingbirds feeding from the many flowering plants. The condo had very comfortable bedding with lots of extra towels, blankets, and sheets. Sleeping with the windows open and the sound of the waves was divine. The kitchen was well appointed including a Nespresso maker and a variety of pods. We really appreciated how thoughtfully outfitted this property is.
