“There was a problem with the room's air conditioner; it was leaking a lot of water. They only fixed it, but the problem persisted and wasn't resolved. We asked to change rooms, but they refused! Also, the swimming pool was unclean, and the water was very murky, unfit for human use. I don't recommend it.”
