Dear Mr. Kiesel. We appreciate for taking the time and letting us know about your experience. Just to clarify; the blockages were during the first week of October. Most of the roads coming to the hotel were available. Your reservation was made through a third party, not directly. This is why cancellation policies applied. For future ocasions I would recommend to make your reservation directly with the hotel so we can be more flexible when it comes to situations like this.Kind regards.

Dear Catalina. Your review takes me by surprise. Your reservation was made for 2 persons and you arrived with a 3 person. There is a charge the the 3rd person since it wasnt what you reserve originally.Even with a 3rd guest I personally waved the charge also because your vip status. So no extra charge was made. I even talk with your husband and he stated that everything was perfect he even thank me for waving the fee for the 3rd person.We apologize if any inconvenience was caused but we DID honored your expedia vip and DID NOT charge you extra for the 3rd guest.Kind regards
