“They don't have an ice machine on property and in order to have ice you need to ask staff for ice trays. The bathroom didn't have enough towels so I went down for more but they didn't have any clean towels available and it was more than an hour wait just to get a couple towels. They also give you the bare minimum in bathroom amenities, no hair dryer just a bar of soap and shampoo. The hotel was booked completely and they never seemed to have enough staff on to help people.”

“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”
