Hotel a Santa Cruz Balanyá

“Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning.”

“Mejorar atención en restaurante”

“Albergo molto costoso per la qualità. Trovati 4 scorpioni nella nostra camera ”

“Pagué 260 USD por dos noches, habitación doble, sin desayuno. Total con impuestos USD 324. Lo que ofrece el hotel, la calidad del servicio y su ubicación no lo valen. Es mi opinión.”

“The grounds were spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even came to find us when their sign was out and Waze got us lost.”

“What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!”

“This property was amazing . the view to the volcanos is incredible. The staff so nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat . I was so happy to stayed in this amazing place. 100 percent recommended”

“Todo ok”

“Good place to stay, close to things, staff super nice and accommodating. The only thing we had troubles with was the noise outside. We could hear the entire street at night and hard to sleep. Breakfast was great!”

“We had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. A lovely welcome by all the staff. Great food. We'd love to return ”

“This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h”

“Lugar muy acogedor, Todo muy limpio, La atencion de todo el personal 10/10.. Excelente ubucacion, muy buena la comida, Recomendado 100%”

“The place was great. What wasn’t is the early closing of the activities. Check in is at three and the activities were closed by 4. By the time you settle in the first day is wasted.”
