“Perfect base for exploring the east coast of La Palma. Less than 15 minutes from the airport. Located in the charming streets of Santa Cruz (an afternoon and evening are enough to discover Santa Cruz – without visiting museums, etc.).
We had room 41 with a sea view. Wonderful! It had all the necessary amenities.
Don’t forget to check out the cozy rooftop bar with a great view.

“Excelente. La situación del hotel y las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares. Está cerca de todo. La playa está muy cerca. Hay multitud de bares y restaurantes. Hay un mercado municipal cerca y varios supermercados. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Me encantó el cóctel Drago Sour con un whiskey de La Palma. Un sitio al que seguro volveré cuando visite Santa Cruz de La Palma.”

“Es un gran hotel de la cadena Meliá situado en una de las zonas afectadas por la erupción del 2021. Pero a pesar de ello, la localidad se encuentra ya en proceso de renovación , rodeado de plataneros y unas vistas al mar espectaculares que se pueden disfrutar desde las habitaciones, la zona de la piscina, desde el comedor o la terraza.
Ofrecen gran variedad de actividades durante el día y la noche tanto para niños como para adultos .
Hay opción de desayunos y cenas muy buenos incluso...

La piscina è ampia e ben curata.
La camera è grande ma l'armadio è insufficiente per 2 persone. Inoltre manca il bidet. Il materasso è scomodo. Il buffet offre una buona varietà di piatti, anche se un pò ripetitivi. Male i secondi piatti, carne dura. Colazione ok. Personale gentile e disponibile.”

Leider ist es sehr laut, die Tür zum Apartment ist gefühlt eher ein sichtschutz als ein Lärmschutz, man hat zumindest die ganze Nacht den Regen wahrgenommen als würde direkt neben dem Bett jemand duschen.
Ansonsten alles schon etwas älter und abgewohnt, eine Modernisierung wäre nötig.
Beim checkout wollte man dann 20€ für eine Nacht parken, weil man es beim Check in nicht angemeldet hatte. Man wurde aber auch nicht darauf hingewiesen obwohl das Auto...
