Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage that is reserved for owner's storage. The hot tub is not available for guest use.

Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- This home is best suited for peaceful getaways and is not intended for large gatherings or parties. We truly value our neighbors and ask that you be mindful of noise levels, particularly after curfew, and respect the guest limit. Your cooperation ensures a quiet and enjoyable experience for everyone.

- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
