“Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again.”

"Due receptionist su tre non sono state assolutamente all’altezza del lavoro. La prima è stata molto superficiale nel leggere i documenti al check in, al punto da sbagliare a caricare la stanza sulla prenotazione sbagliata (eravamo due famiglie con stesso cognome, ma nomi diversi, un uomo e una donna) e poi insistere con l’altro impiegato (che aveva fatto correttamente il suo lavoro) perché cambiasse l’altro check in. La seconda, durante il check out, non si presentava al banco, nonostante sia un collega l’avesse chiamata, sia noi cercassimo di attirare la sua attenzione. Alla fine e’ venuta, molto scocciata, dicendo che era in un meeting e facendo capire che disturbavamo. Quando gli abbiamo chiesto la ricevuta, ci ha detto che sarebbe arrivata via mail (era un prepagato), ma non e’ mai successo. Attitudine molto rude. Peccato, perché a parte queste due, l’albergo è molto pulito e carino, letti comodi e buona posizione. Propongo di prendere provvedimenti su questi impiegati"
