Goditi questa affascinante casa al mare con HOT TUB e doccia esterna in una strada tranquilla a solo 1/2 isolato dalla famosa spiaggia di surf E una spiaggia tranquilla e adatta alle famiglie.

La nostra casa dispone di 3 camere da letto (tra cui una suite matrimoniale privata al piano inferiore con bagno completo, angolo cottura e accesso privato al patio esterno e vasca idromassaggio), 2 bagni completi. Questa casa lontano da casa ha tutto: componibile in pelle, TV a schermo piatto al plasma 52 ', cucina completamente attrezzata con waffle, cuociriso e macinacaffè, angolo cottura nella suite matrimoniale, ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con impianto stereo con connessione per iPod , TV via cavo, DVD / videoregistratore e camino a gas e patio paesaggistico privato, con vasca idromassaggio. C'è una nuovissima griglia a gas a 6 fuochi. Internet wireless gratuito. Wi-Fi.

Inoltre, troverai un garage pieno di tavole da surf, biciclette (6 adulti - 2 bambini), sedie a sdraio, boogie board e giochi di sabbia per il tuo divertimento al sole. Sentiti libero di usare le nostre SURFBOARD!

Parcheggia la tua auto qui per una settimana e non guidare mai più poiché una moltitudine di negozi e ristoranti, nonché piste ciclabili e sentieri sono a pochi passi.

Ovviamente, puoi camminare fino al surf di classe mondiale e poi ritirarti nella tua doccia all'aperto e nella tua vasca idromassaggio nel giardino privato!

LETTI E BAGNI

Master Suite al piano inferiore, con ampio angolo cottura in granito. Nel bagno della suite Accesso al patio con giardino e alla vasca idromassaggio.

Al piano superiore: TV al plasma a schermo piatto 52 'con DVD / videoregistratore e cavo.

Al piano superiore la camera da letto n. 2, con porte scorrevoli in vetro sul ponte soleggiato, ha un letto matrimoniale.

Al piano superiore la camera da letto n. 3 presenta un letto estraibile, trapunte a tema surf, una grande finestra.

Le due camere ospiti condividono un bagno completo che include vasca / doccia, asciugamani e prodotti da bagno.

ZONA GIORNO

La cucina con facile accesso alla terrazza soleggiata con barbecue e area salotto all'aperto.

Nuova lavastoviglie e forno a microonde di grande capacità, completamente fornita di pentole, posate, molti piatti di sabbia per elettrodomestici da cucina e condimenti. Saponi inclusi.

La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

L'ampio soggiorno è arredato con sedute casual (in pelle sezionale) per guardare la TV al plasma a schermo piatto da 52 'con videoregistratore / lettore DVD o ascoltare lo stereo mentre vi godete il calore del camino a gas. Internet ad alta velocità anche fornito. Il divano è un divano letto.

Il garage è fornito di lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Il detersivo è incluso.

PATIOS

Goditi il soleggiato patio sul retro, circondato da lussureggianti piante fiorite che comprende area salotto, vasca idromassaggio e doccia esterna.

Il ponte posteriore privato è allestito con due barbecue e un'area salotto con vista sull'Oceano Pacifico. Posti a sedere nel patio per 6-8 persone con tavolo e sedie supplementari.

ATTIVITA '

L'attrazione principale, ovviamente, è la spiaggia, e la casa è a solo mezzo isolato di distanza. Surf, relax e gioco nella sabbia, boogie board, beach volley e godersi tramonti favolosi. Fai un falò nella sabbia!

Giro in bici lungo East Cliff Drive o escursione sulle colline di Santa Cruz; C'è qualcosa per tutti!

Lovely house, perfect location!

Wonderful visit to Santa Cruz at Steve's house. The house is in a perfect location, it has everything you will need for a wonderful stay. The cruisers are perfect for riding to the beach or boardwalk. Will definitely return!

Felt like we were part of the neighborhood instead of just vacationers

The house had a great layout for enough privacy and gatherings. So comfortable & clean. Amazing beds. And, the neighborhood was great. We used the bikes to ride everyday - along the beach, to Verve Coffee and Capitola. Just a fantastic location and space. Thank you!

Great home

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for beach and food access. We split our time between the Boardwalk and the Beach. House was clean, organized and easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest is don’t sleep on the trundle bed with your toddler if you are an adult. It isn’t for tall people lol

Great little spot by the beach

The location is truly remarkable. It's less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, or to walk along Pleasure Point! The garage is fully stocked with everything you could need at the beach - bikes, boards, sand toys, towels...you name it. The downstairs is a private suite with double doors to the hot tub. The main living area is upstairs with a kitchen, bathroom and two adjoining bedrooms. This was plenty of space for four adults and two small children - the trundle bed was a plus for my kiddos. This is very functional and was great, but note that it's not a luxury spot. The kitchen is equipped but quite small - it would be difficult to prepare large meals and is a squeeze if two people are in it together. The main bathroom is also quite small, as are the upstairs bedrooms.

Perfect location

About 2 blocks from the cliffs where you can watch 100's of surfers and a 1 1/2 from a beach where you can relax, swim or stroll on the beach. We enjoyed the bikes too. The house was clean and accommodated our family of perfectly. We have 3 teens and there was more than enough space for everyone. Steve was wonderful at responding and gave us great tips for activities and where to eat. So appreciative!

Wonderful house, wonderful location

What a find! the house is great and has everything you need for a stay in Santa Cruz - including bikes, wetsuits and beach chairs. Kitchen is well equipped as well. The house is about 3 blocks from a great surfing spot - we made out way every morning to watch the surfers. 3 blocks the other direction is a good beach. Nothing bad to say about this rental. Family Fun

This is a two story house just off East Cliff Drive but still quiet. Only two blocks to a neighborhood market, short walk to Pleasure Point and 5 minutes to Moran beach. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and has room for a (rented) crib. The primary bathroom shower is small but clean and nicely tiled. The stairs are fairly steep and they have a child gate but we couldn't figure it out. The small bedroom with the trundle worked fine for my 3 & 4 year old grandkids but when pulled out it took up most of the room. They didn't care! The upstairs queen bedroom has access to the bathroom and the deck. The garage is loaded with bikes, sand wagon, toys, etc. The bikes definitely got used. Great stay, great location.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was just as described and we had a very pleasant long weekend. It was a very short walk to two different beaches, we used the cruiser bikes to cruise over to the boardwalk, and enjoyed the spacious and clean living/dining area.

Wonderful and close to everything

This property was perfect for our trip. The location is close to everything, from Capitola Village to several beaches that are easily walkable from the home. The home is well equipped from the kitchen to the bikes. The beds were very comfortable and the living room offered tons of space. The owner was amazing in working with us when I booked our stay a day shorter than I meant to and we had to make a last minute extension of our trip. We will be back for sure!

Three day surf stay with our kids. Very comfortable and inviting home. Fantastic location within a short walk to Pleasure Point. Quiet neighborhood. Spotless home with outfitted kitchen, games, boards, scooters, beach bikes, etc (we used it all). Short drive to quality restaurants and market (New Leaf!!) and barber (Waves and Fades) on 41st Ave. Hope to return soon! Oh, and the breakfast burritos at Point Market are killlller!!!!

Such a gem!

Our group of friends that have been together for 20+ years gathered here for the weekend and had a blast! The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach and even shorter walk to a cute general store. The house is warm and inviting and stocked like a mix of a house and a hotel. The owner was super kind and helpful with recommendations. The hot tub was perfect for the rainy day that we had. The master bedroom is giant and super comfortable! I have saved this listing to use it again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice relaxing time in a welcoming environment.

Location 💚

I've been to the Capitola/ Cruz area for years for disc golf. (Delaveaga is the mecca) but ive never stayed in this neighborhood. Steve's place is sweet, neighbors are cool and the beach is a skip away, hot tub in the back and i didnt even have to log in to any of my accts for streaming ufc. Bicycles and surf stuff available also. Sweet spot

I enjoyed my visit to Steve's property. Very clean. I wasn't able to enjoy all of the nice amenities due to health issues, but this property is perfectly set up to enjoy our California coast.
