Andate in bicicletta o camminate a pochi isolati a sud e vi troverete sulle splendide scogliere sopra Pleasure Point, un famoso sentiero sull'oceano che si affaccia sul surf di classe mondiale, accedendo a insenature e pozze di marea o semplicemente guardando la gente. Vedrai sicuramente surfisti ma, molto probabilmente, un branco di delfini, una famiglia di lontre di mare o, forse, migrando balene durante il loro viaggio annuale. We had a wonderful stay over New Year’s. This property is amazing, with views that are unparalleled. We met owners (relatives) when we arrived and they were so helpful, sharing that there was an elevator I could use since I had just had surgery. Plenty of room for the family of 5. Outdated furniture that needs serious cleaning, but we looked out the front windows and all was forgiven! We’d stay here again.

Sixty in Santa Cruz!

I rented Villa Vista for a long weekend for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. Perfect for 3 couples! GREAT location, view, driving to restaurants, marina, fish markets, etc. House was well maintained with enough seating for us all to enjoy a day of watching football and BBQing out on the deck. Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful view!

Great location and the communication was excellent. The only hiccup was that the TV (cable) was not very good. However, we were able to use the apps to watch. The good news is that the tv was rarely on as we were able to enjoy the roar of the ocean waves, which is why we selected this location. Great relaxing stay!

Great Getaway

Perfect ocean view with exquisite sunsets, super responsive host, 3 bedrms/3baths were a great asset for 3 adult couples, kitchen well equipped, exquisite sunsets. Would stay here again.

Ocean views forever

Loves the Sea Cliff property. All king beds ( super comfy) large and comfortable living room and kitchen. Incredible ocean views that gave us perfect bird watching. The house is a bit dated but it’s part of the charm.

This property offers a great location with amazing ocean front views. however, it needs upgrading. The common area furniture, living room, dining room and bar stools, should be replaced. . The chairs and sofa are worn out and uncomfortable, the bar stool cushions are badly stained. The kitchen, although well stocked with utensils, glasses, etc,, is a hodgepodge of garage sale items. The barbecue in the terrace has a lot to be desired. The mattresses are comfortable.

Views Are the Best

This property has a definite '80s vibe, but it is well equipped, and the ocean views from the waterfront windows are spectacular. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom arrangement worked perfectly for parents in their eighties and two sons and their consorts in their thirties, one with a five-month-old baby. Would rent again.

Absolutely amazing!

Omg!!! This property is amazing. A little outdated but who cares! It fit the beachy vibe. The beach was right there. The view was incredible. We saw the dolphins!!! We loved it! Can’t wait to come back. We were sad that the telescope wasn’t there. But hey the place was amazing!

Priceless thank views from upper deck

Musty smell when entering somewhat outdated upper unit, but the outstanding views of the ocean and the beach next door more than made up for it. Beds very comfortable and living room and bedrooms plenty spacious. Enjoyed walks along the beach and in the safe neighborhood.

The sunsets and view are amazing and honestly could not get much better

The view was gorgeous and great location! Felt like you had your own private beach next door. Some things needed a little attention, however the owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would rent this place again.

Great location; OK house

The house features a spectacular view and is next to a beautiful beach. The house is large and the owners have made an effort to prepare it for a family experience (i.e. making beach equipment available). The cleanliness of the house and amenities (i.e. dishes, dishwasher) were below the standard we experienced with other properties on our vacation. We had to purchase a few basics that are normally available (dish soap, dish towels). A little refresh would bring this property up to the high bar set by it's wonderful setting.

Perfect family vacation

Devin was very responsive and accommodating. I originally made reservations during a lull in the pandemic to celebrate a birthday and when cases started to surge he offered me a choice for a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule. I rescheduled, and it ended up being a family vacation to celebrate that we had all received our Covid vaccinations. The location is ideal, between Santa Cruz and Capitola. The furniture set up was great for family togetherness, with plenty of comfortable chairs for everyone. The master bedroom was an ideal set up for my 94-year-old dad; once we got upstairs (the cleaners were kind enough to allow us to use the tiny elevator), it was right off the main living space and had an attached bathroom. We all enjoyed the sunsets every night from the deck or the living room. This is the perfect place for a fabulous family vacation!
