Our check-in period 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm is displayed in Expedia and everywhere. We remind all guests when the day of arrival approaches, for their convenience. In your case, we accepted an exceptional late check-out at 9 pm. Therefore, we see reasons for you to thank us not to criticize. You booked a Junior Suite which is not in the Villa building. In Casa Prana there are plenty of spaces where to take meals using our guest personalized service. We treat each guest as a very special guest. We do not limit the meals and the guests to be quartered in a dining room as if they were in a restaurant. We invest heavily on landscaping in order to allow our guests to have an experience based on the contact with nature and to live moments of awareness and interior happiness. It's not about houses, walls or conventions. It's about marvel and enchantment. There might have been some misunderstanding with your order of a wine bottle because it might have come at late hour. If this was the case we apologize. We had no complaint of slippery showers after having received hundreds and hundreds of guests. Yet, had you informed us about your concern we would immediately checked the case. There is no need to air conditioner at the Lake, since we are at 1,500 meters altitude. However, we install a fan in the Suite, free of charge, every time a guest requests it. We believe you will change your opinion next time you stay with us. We have a tradition of spoiling our guests with warmest good care and personalized service. After this clarification, we ask you to kindly change your review to a more positive portray of Casa Prana.
