“The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. “The area:
The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading.
The owner said that the description said Tzunana, but not knowing the area, we relied heavily on the title of the property that very specifically stated it was in San Pedro! The...
