“Beautiful and cosy house surrounded by old olive trees in a quiet garden. The view from the terrace reaches as far as Lucca. We enjoyed wonderful evenings here with pizza from our own pizza oven. The pool exceeded our expectations. Even in autumn, it is still very sunny until late in the afternoon and invites you to chill out. The house is stylishly furnished and very clean.”

“Ideal gelegen um direkt MTB-Touren zu starten; am Dorfrand von Calci in sehr ruhiger Lage, Pool nicht allzu groß, aber sehr sauber; schöner Außenbereich mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit. Große Unterkunft mit geräumigen Zimmern und sehr großem Wohn-/Küchenbereich; teils niedrige Räume (Schlafzimmer) da unterm Dach; Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung; ziemlich dunkel, da wenige bzw. kleine Fenster; ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten/sollten noch verbessert werden wie z.B. die Stühle waren teils nicht...

“Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten. “Wir bewohnten im September 2023 drei Wochen die Villa Eleonora zu zweit und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kosten von 150 Euro für die Endreinigung sind gut angelegt, denn das große Haus war außerordentlich sauber und gut gepflegt. Luca ist zu recht ein Premiumvermieter, denn er hat sich schon im Vorfeld und auch jederzeit umgehend um uns gekümmert, wenn wir ein Problem hatten.
