3 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms, located in the quiet Pedale, a small village very close to Santa Margherita on the way to Portofino.
It's the most beautiful and peaceful place in the area. The flat is in a private road a few steps from the seafront; parking is available next to the door. You can enjoy an amazing view from one of the 3 bedrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed, the others have two single beds each and of these has also a rollaway bed.
Both the bathrooms have a shower, sink, wc and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with also a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.
A public beach is 50 meters from the apartment: you can bring there your chairs and umbrellas. Private beaches already equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds / chairs are located in the surroundings.
Taking care of your safety and having high hygiene standards is a key priority during these days. We will comply with all current and futures rules that will be put in place by the local and the central Governments and we would like to inform you that the apartment has an independent access through short stairs. For your own safety a self check in procedure is provided through a key box on the main door of the apartment. In order to guarantee you a thorough sanification of the premises the clenaning process might take longer than usual hence we might need to extend the time gap between check outs and check ins but this is only done in the interest of our guests. Having said this we will do our best in order to make the house available for you stay as soon as possible.
