Maintenance every Monday morning; pools reopen in the afternoon.

Other important details
- At check-in, a mandatory registration fee of $18.000 COP per person for the entire stay must be paid (not included in the price; payment is made via bank transfer).

- Before check-in, the full names and identification numbers of all guests must be submitted to complete the mandatory pre-registration.
- All guests must present a physical identification document. Foreign nationals must present a passport with an entry stamp or a valid residence permit.
- Minors must travel with their parents or present a notarized authorization form.
