Important Information

Currently, some common areas of the residential complex are still in the final stages of construction and renovation by the developer. For this reason, the pool, the gym, the BBQ area, and the other common areas are not yet open to guests. They are scheduled to open in December. This situation does not affect the functionality of the apartment, which is fully completed, equipped, and ready to welcome guests.

Protection of Children and Adolescents

In compliance with Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and other regulations in force in Colombia for the prevention of the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESCNNA), all minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. When a minor travels with a relative, friend, or a third party other than their parents, it is mandatory to present the corresponding authorization and documentation proving such authorization. Atlas Gestión y Servicio reserves the right to deny entry if these requirements are not met or if there are doubts regarding the legality of the accompanying adult, in accordance with Colombian law.
