Hotel in zona Santa Rita, San Angelo

“Absolutely the worst hotel we have been to. We travel with a pet, so we're usually not that particular about the condition of the hotel. Still, we had to leave after 20 min. When we walked into the room, we noticed the funky smell. Well, every hotel has a particular smell from the cleaning agent they use, but it wasn't that kind of smell. It was a dirty smell. Then we used the toilet after a long drive. The toilet paper holder was off the wall completely. Well, at least toilet paper was there....

“Property is clean, the person who In the cafeteria is very helpful. The property is located close the freeway and restaurants.”

“Struttura in posizione ottima e tranquilla. Camera non pulitissima, ho provato di peggio ma anche di meglio. Bagni da revisionare, tanta umiditá e calcare su doccia e lavandini. Nnon finestrato e nessuna ventola di aspirazione. Camera umidissima tanto che da sotto le coperte si aveva la sensazione di essere bagnati. Personalmente non la consiglio. Per una notte come nel caso nostro può andare ma per soggiorni piu lunghi no.”

“Good”

“Clean room. IHOP nearby”

“My stay was nice and quiet. Always a great stay here.”

“Horrible staff unhelpful and admitted that the tv doesn’t work and had a “trick” for how to make it “better”. The whole room was filled with roaches and flies. The beds and couches were stained with god knows what, though some stains were red. There is no breakfast and I found multiple cigarette butts in a non smoking room. I don’t know how to rate the pet friendliness but I wouldn’t even bring my pet to that pigsty. I wish I could rate lower. Do not come here please.”

“The AC was cold and the bed was clean but other than that it’s very run down. Elevators were broken bc they had been struck by lightning the night before. Pool was drained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was just run down and not kept up. Sinks/faucets were dirty.”
