SOMMARIO

Vivi comodamente in questa nuova costruzione, a casa aperta. Una camera da letto quattro (tre con re e una camera a castello) con tre bagni e due bagni. Una piscina privata, camino esterno, televisione esterna, e a pochi passi dalla foresta demaniale. Un rifugio molto tranquillo vicino a tutto!

PRIMO PIANO

Open-concept soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina con 12 piedi soffitti e altoparlanti integrati alimentati da Sonos. La gamma Wolf e il frigorifero Subzero completano la cucina.

Master ensuite al piano terra dispone di un letto king size, 55 "tv e accesso alla sala esterna. Il bagno contiene doppio lavabo, cabina doccia, vasca da bagno e cabina armadio.

Il piano terra presenta anche un mudroom che funge anche da dispensa con una lavasciuga di grandi dimensioni e lavandino per il bucato.

SECONDO PIANO

L'atterraggio al piano superiore si apre in un'area famigliare con un grande divano circondato da zoccoli Serena e Lily. C'è un'area giochi con panchina, tavolo lungo e TV da 55 ". Proprio fuori dalla zona giorno è la camera a castello che può essere chiusa con le porte della stalla.

Attraversa il corridoio e passerai due letti gemelli XL incorporati. Alla fine del corridoio è un bagno jack-n-jill condiviso dalla zona di famiglia e al piano superiore camera da letto matrimoniale. Proprio di fronte è l'ultima camera con un letto king size e bagno privato con una doccia in piedi.

We loved our time in this home. The location and neighborhood are perfect for families with all the added amenities. The home is gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Blue Stem lane. The layout of the house is perfect for families and the golf cart was definitely a plus. The beach is a hike but manageable with the golf cart. The proximity to Camp Watercolor was also a plus. This was our first time staying in watercolor (we normally stay in Rosemary) and we will definitely be back.

We have stayed in Watercolor a few times and this was hands down the best house we have ever stayed in. The kids loved the upstairs game area and bunk beds. Adults loved the kitchen and front porch. We are already planning our next trip and hoping to stay even longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

The house comes with everything you’ll need to have a great family vacation, including beach gear, and small pool, and a 3 row golf cart. The house is in terrific shape and made us feel at home. We’d definitely rent this home again!

The property was immaculate with many extras (normal size dish soap and laundry detergent, extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, beach chairs, ice chests, etc) that were much appreciated! The location was not far from our normal spots, but it was not as bikeable as we have grown accustomed to in years past. Also, we used the grill quite a bit, but had to eat inside because there was no table outside. These two comments were small things in the scheme of things. We would consider staying here again for sure!

Property was beautiful, at least as nice as pictured. Also has everything you need for a great experience—towels, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, and golf cart. Great selection of pots, pans, glasses etc as well in the kitchen. Property manager was super responsive when we had a couple minor issues come up, getting someone on site to help resolve in a few hours. By far the best rental we have ever stayed at - fantastic overall experience. Hope to be back in the future!

The property covers every detail for a pleasurable beach vacation experience. Great location, bikes, golf cart, pool, front rear porches, gas grill, beach chairs, beach towels, minutes golf cart ride to Publix, Seaside & Watercolor beach club. We have been renting houses in Watercolor for over 10 years and this house was the best one yet. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything that guests might need or want for their stay. The house was very clean and the management company was so prompt in answering any questions we had, both before and during our stay. The location is excellent--a quick bike ride or walk over the bridge to the beach. The golf cart and pool were added luxuries. We have only the highest reviews for this property!

Clean, comfortable, well-situated, perfect for families. Our only frustrations were the overly complex tv and lighting controls. We felt like we needed a week’s training course at MIT before our visit. Some towel racks in the bathrooms would have been nice as well. We loved having use of the golf cart but could have used some more bikes. Overall, a great property.
