From the moment you walk inside, you will feel right at home amongst the clean, comfortable furnishings, bohemian fixtures, and open-concept layout. Sit around the large Smart TV in the living room, or rock and chat on the balcony's hammock swings. When you aren't indulging in local fare, the full kitchen presents a full suite of stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a center island.
Equally bright, the four bedrooms are lined with high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and private TVs. The home's bathrooms are just as impressive with their large vanities, marble finishes, and showers/tubs. Upstairs, the loft room presents the perfect space for the kids to hang out and tune into their weekly morning cartoons. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out Casa De Playa's interior perks. Four adult bikes are also available for guest use.
Outside, enjoy sitting on the covered patio, sipping on a sweet beverage, or making a splash into the private pool. Within 20 miles of your stay, be sure to pay a visit to Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Gulf Place Town Center, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Origins Golf Club.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
