Seagrove Beach is a gem nestled along the scenic Highway 30A. This charming coastal community is known for its pristine white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and laid-back atmosphere, offering a quintessential beach getaway.

Highway 30A is a picturesque stretch of road dotted with charming beach towns, each with its own unique character. Explore the eclectic shops and art galleries of Seaside, indulge in fine dining at Rosemary Beach, or catch a live music performance in Grayton.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

• Parking for 4 Vehicles
• Boats and Trailers ALLOWED

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Perfect Eastern Lake House

We have stayed at many of the Eastern Lake homes and this is our favorite! It is very clean and nice home with the bonus of double kayaks and bikes! Perfect vacation lake house!

Nice getaway!

Nice place! Only issues we had was the shower in the master bath had very weak water pressure and the kitchen gets kinda tight when there’s more than two people in it. Other than that our stay was great!

Family Vacation with a view

We are beach lovers from Birmingham, Alabama and have raised our children to be the same. Our stay was so incredibly comfortable we felt as if it was our home away from home. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well as being surrounded by all of the fantastic restaurants and shops. We also with 3 children loved having a washer and dryer in our place and went home with only clean clothes to put away. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will horowfully be back so soon!

Updated clean property

This property was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The property was clean and everything was in working order. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved being able to walk across the bridge for food and drinks. The beach was a little far and the closest beach access was walkable but you had to wade thigh deep water to get to the beach. Would stay here again, the dock and lake view were a definite plus!

Absolute Perfection

I don’t think you can pick a better place for a getaway. This house is perfect in every way. Waking up early for a cup of coffee on the porch and walk to the beach was amazing. The layout of the house is perfect as well. Nice open living room with comfortable furnishings . The long private driveway and the house being off the street makes it nice as well. In short I will return and here every year if not more than once for a relaxing getaway in a wonderful part of the world. Thanks again for the perfect stay. Oh and Ashtin was great to deal with as well.
