Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Pelayo Paradise, a newly built and custom designed luxury Seagrove Beach home! Pelayo Paradise is professionally decorated with muted coastal influences throughout the three-story home. This home features 6 bedrooms with 6 ensuite bathrooms and provides spacious accommodations for up to 14 guests. Enjoy a private pool, spa, and other high-end amenities when staying at Pelayo Paradise.

The first floor starts with a welcoming entryway that leads into the rest of the home. To the right when entered, there is the first king guest bedroom with a private bath. As you make your way through the entryway, you will pass a convenient half bathroom, pantry and elevator to the left side of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Viking professional series appliances; 48” range and a spacious pantry. There is a dining table that can host up to 8 guests and island bar-stools for 4. The living room provides a comfortable area for family and friends to relax while playing games or watching TV. The back porch, outdoor kitchen and pool patio area includes an outdoor TV, beverage/wine cooler, two dining tables with seating for 14-16, 4 club chairs, daybed, 6 chaise loungers and a fire pit area.

As you ascend the stairs or ride the elevator up to the second floor of Pelayo Paradise you step into an additional seating area with a TV, club chairs and queen sleeper sofa. Directly in front is the laundry room. To the right are two bedrooms, one queen guest bedroom and one bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, each having their own private bathroom. Both have access to the front balcony. To the left of the seating area is the second floor master bedroom. The second floor master bedroom is spacious and entertains a king bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet and a private balcony.

The third floor features a counter height seating area for 4 people, wet bar including a beverage/wine cooler and ice maker. To the left of the seating area is a large entertainment room that opens up to a large covered deck and uncovered sun deck. The covered area includes a dining table with seating for 8, large sectional sofa, 2 club chairs and an outdoor TV. The sun deck has 4 chaise loungers for soaking in the sun. Just inside the entertainment room to the right is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. To the left of the sitting area is a junior master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet and private balcony.

ADDITIONAL
- This home has exterior cameras for safety.
- Parking for 4 vehicles.
- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

POOL/SPA: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat IS NOT available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
