With 3 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Recently upgraded with luxury finishes and a fully stocked kitchen, Sugar Shack has all the comforts a group of 8 could need. Walking into the main living space, our guests are met with 20-foot ceilings and an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Step outside and enjoy the sunset on our expansive patio with enough lounge furniture for the entire group.

Beach Rules:
• Private chairs are not permitted from March to October. Guests must rent additional chairs from the beach chair vendor on site (Spyglass). Additional chair setups (2 Chairs + 1 Umbrella) are $35/Day.
• The beach access is for Sugar Dunes renters and owners only. No visiting guests are permitted to use the private beach.

Location:
Sugar Dunes Condominiums on the beach! Nestled in a quiet cove in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this complex is one of the few on 30A with "grandfathered" rear beach walkways so guests can stroll from their private deck to the white sand.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles- Parking Pass Strictly Enforced
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• Golf Carts Not Permitted

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
