About this space

This GORGEOUS condo has just been renovated top to bottom and has top of the line finishes + furnishings! Stunning comfortable elegance abounds in this two-story corner-unit condo with tons of natural light!

Take in the GULF views from the upstairs porch (1 of 2 porches) then walk 1 minute to the WaterColor Beach Club to enjoy the pools & beach, access included with your stay!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Right above the WaterColor shops, walking distance to Seaside and restaurants!

NO PARKING, NO PROBLEM!

2 king beds + bunks, gorgeous finishes, spacious!

Upon arrival, you'll never really have to get in your car again!  Everything is walking distance!  Just steps from the Beach Club entrance!  No parking in Seaside?  Not a problem from this location!  This condo is a 10-minute walk and an even shorter bike ride to Seaside's town center.  No parking in WaterColor?  Also not a problem at this location as there is a free lot adjacent to the building just for owners and guests of these units!

Also located just a stone's throw from The Wine Bar, some of the best food on 30A!  Steps to fine dining at FOOW, and an even shorter walk to the TIKI Bar, the Gathering Spot, the Beach Cow Café, Beach Happy Café and Scratch restaurant.  With kids it is a very convenient walk back to the condo from the beach for a lunch break or a nap!  Venture over to Cerulean Park where there are large shade trees and fountains abounding.  A few steps further is the Boat House where you can rent stand up paddle boards, fishing, kayaks and more!

The space

Welcome to 'WaterColor Sunrise'!

This unit has all the amenities of a home but the location that can't be beat of the Beach Club/WaterColor Inn - with access to the same amenities including the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, 7 more pools, tennis courts, walking trails, and more!

This GORGEOUS condo is situated in the Beach District of the WaterColor community, making for unrivaled access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)!  This is a two-story corner unit (on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building) so no one is above you.

The brand-new gourmet kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a dining area + a spacious living area with doors that open onto the first of two porches. Sit and enjoy the Florida breezes while relaxing on one of the covered porches or take a short walk over to Seaside for more eating, shopping ,and entertainment!

Smart TVs in the family room and both bedrooms so renters can access their own Netflix, Apple TV, and other programming accounts if desired.

Please note that this is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING property.

This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more.  Children under 6 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

*If you're traveling with a group and need more space, we also manage an additional condo in this building (Oysters Rockefeller- Condo #203, 2 bedrooms), allowing you to stay close together while still enjoying some privacy. Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time. 

Guest access

Guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Guests will also have access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Other things to note

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking.  Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.  Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
Please note there is an assigned lot for owners/guests of this WaterColor condo behind the building. You do get two WaterColor parking tags with your reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.

Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

This is a great location for access to the WC pools, beach, shops, and restaurants. There are stairs leading up to the location as well as to the bedrooms inside. Keep that in mind if traveling with someone that may find this a challenge. We loved it with two teenagers. Door entry is by code so we didn’t have to worry about keys. Watercolor armbands we’re ready and waiting for us when we got there as well as parking passes for two cars. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked. The gathering area is comfy and has tons of seating. The porches are lovely with a sofa option as well as swinging daybed. Beds are super comfortable and clean. Bathrooms have showers that are nicely sized and clean. Washer and dryer are very handy. The two bunks in the hall were very accessible and spacious for bunks - appreciated the built in lights and plugs on the bunk levels. The maintenance crew was doing a large overhaul of the exterior properties surrounding us, but they were minimal in distractions and were respectful of guests when we stayed. Parking was never an issue. Checkout was incredibly easy. We would stay here again!

The condo is great. Location is great. Super nice, clean, upscale, all what you would expect for the location and price. Reserve your beach chairs well in advance of your trip. If you wait until you get there, chances are you’ve missed out. The fitness center had been closed for months and even Watercolor Inn’s website still has it as an amenity. This was a big bummer for us. Really wish we would’ve known this upfront. Activity in the community starts very early. Garbage trucks start training for the dumpster Olympics around 6:00am. Lawn maintenance crews start warming up their blowers around 7:00am and construction crews start shortly after.
