“Me rente en el día de ayer ,al otro día fui a pedir una extensión ,lo cual he echo en varias ocasiones y nunca había tenido ningún problema ,siempre reservaba e iba luego a pagar ,pues esta vez el señor que me atendió ,me dijo que debía salir de la habitación ,esperar que la limpiaran y volver a entrar por la tarde ,algo que vi ilógico ,primera vez que me pasa esto en este hotel ,si voy a pagar otra noche más y van a darme la misma habitación ,como puede ser que tenga que salir y volver a entrar...

“The property was in ill-repair with garbage everywhere. I saw a piece of glass on the bathroom floor when I first entered and picked it up and threw it away. Luckily, I hadn't stepped on it. The television didn't work and took almost two hours and 3 trips to the office to get it working.
