“The property was pet friendly. Staff was nice. The only complaint was mold around the cooler.”

“The room was not how it was shown in the pictures. There were bugs in the tube when we got there. We had roaches coming in the room. Thank god we weren’t staying in the hotel room the entire time, just to sleep but even with that we weren’t too comfortable sleeping in there because of the conditions the room was in. Definitely not coming here again. ”

“The Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood is clean, staff are friendly and provided us with good breakfast. At first, we thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. However, the service we received outweighs the surrounding area. We felt safe knowing that there’s a security especially monitoring the parking underground the building. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice. The front desk sent me a text to check if everything is going well so far. We stayed at this hotel...

“La colazione molto difficile. Poche cose e pochissimo spazio (due tavolini per tanta gente). In camera condizionatore molto rumoroso. Difficilissimo dormire, ma non si poteva spegnere per il caldo e l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre. Insomma pagato poco avuto pochissimo”

“The room was disgusting. There were stains on the bedsheets and we woke up with bed bug bites. While watching TV we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall. Not to mention the tub was clogged so the water would pool up. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. ”
