“I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, responsive and always willing to help. A special thank you to Joel for his excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.
There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. I appreciate the support and would be happy to stay here again.”

“This hotel was a lot expensive considering it's location and condition. Outside of the hotel is dark and hard to see hotel's sign/name. Front entrance of the hotel is smelly and dirty.
Room condition: Our room was very small - just the bed itself takes the whole room. There's no window; bathroom was small but clean and functional. Breakfast option was very limited. There's no good restaurant or other facility within walking distance.

“Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing.
The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. They should look into having sliding doors with full mirrors to avoid this.
