“Good experience. I stayed for a week in a DeLuxe Room. Everything was correct (staff, cleaness, breakfast, facilities like gym room and swimming pool) but the air conditioning was unequale the general quality. Room was permanently too cold, humid and above all air quality wasn't correct. I think that they have to renew and to clean radically the air conditioning filters.”

The deputy GM Vanitha introduced herself to arriving guests and made sure that the check in process was completed without any hitch, especially since we had two very jet lagged children with us. The food was a bit too spicy for our taste, but the breakfast spread was just amazing. The pool was clean and surrounding areas spotless; it was a pleasure to stay in Savera....

“The picture are not realistic,this hotel should be banned from expedia.I booked a deluxe room but was given another room under pretext that the previous guest is no where no be found and has not checked out.Finally after 8 long hour we got the room but to my dismay the mattress was smelly, door knob non existent.No mirror on wall broken office chair in the room fridge dont work,The problems are endless, such as mosqitoes in the room.I wish I could submit pictures here.I am asking for full refund...
