“The reception desk staff could not have cared less if we were there, wouldn’t even make eye contact. The security guard outside was very pleasant. Very busy neighborhood, be careful not to get run down while walking.”

“Been staying in property 10 years twice per year 7 days every visit Property has become old but kept clean Majority of staff very welcoming Reception staff hospitality could be improved”

“The hotel seems recently renovated and allowed us to sit in the lobby with the air conditioning even though our arrival was hours before the check-in time. There is an elevator as well and the location is very convenient for accessing restaurants and food. The rooms and washrooms are really small however, especially for the 3-person room.”

“At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. ”

“I was not even allowed inside the property. They were not available on phone as well. There was no such booking is what they said. Terrible customer service from Expedia.”

“The picture are not realistic,this hotel should be banned from expedia.I booked a deluxe room but was given another room under pretext that the previous guest is no where no be found and has not checked out.Finally after 8 long hour we got the room but to my dismay the mattress was smelly, door knob non existent.No mirror on wall broken office chair in the room fridge dont work,The problems are endless, such as mosqitoes in the room.I wish I could submit pictures here.I am asking for full refund...
