Open shower concept is not enjoyable, lets cold air in the shower. No face/wash cloth towels? Single use soap in one shower. 1 Bottle of water in the room isn't enough to make a coffee. Staff was not very helpful at the front desk. Left to figure out far too much as a foreign traveler. The guy who checked me in seemed to be upset he had to speak English and wouldn't charge the company account. I had to pay out of pocket which through my trip for a loop (Different amounts for Debit, than in using Credit this felt like a scam). The hotels Bartender and Male server were great, but all of the ladies were unwelcoming and un-attentive, despite seeing me every day and getting generous tips not even one proper greeting or smile. The hotel elevator works by fob, but if you are on the second floor it's roulette, as you will never know if your floor is properly selected. The indicator light was out in both elevators. This hotel is in an industrial area, surrounded by factories with electrified fences and security dogs. Hotel is a quality hotel, staff needs some work, location is fine if you want to be close to the airport but not hear planes. Nothing else of any value in walking distance.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly. In-house restaurant had a limited menu. Shower is somewhat dangerous as the floor was slippery and had no gripping surface for feet. Conveniently located close to airport, and a shuttle to the terminal is available on the hour. Unfortunately, the several hotels in this area also attracts predators looking to rob tourists. O.K. if one remains in hotel and refrain from waking in the area.

They stopped responding to messages about shuttle. There is no dedicated area at wirport. Had to get info booth to call them when i could not find shuttle. Not sure they ever came or would have if not picking another couple at that time. If u dont have a phone to be in contact with them, i would choose another hotel or take cheap bus to train station. Legit taxi booth wanted to charge me 20k to go these 3km. U cant walk it. Bus may stop here. I also paid extra for corner room and did not get one. Too tired to argue. Towels were filthy. NOTHING around here. Service was too slow at their restaurant to eat there. They give a tiny bottle of water. Water machine at gym was broken.

An excellent hotel with the most amazing staff. The receptionists are tremendous (especially Ninnan, Patricio and the young lady with the curly hair). The bar staff are equally excellent. Definitely recommended.

Disappointed. Very noisy. For diner, you have to wait like forever for taking the order. Shuttle to airport only every hour and too small (mine was already fully booked).

Do not give them your credit card details if you have prepaid your room. Room was good, restaurant ok. It’s good for a lay over but I’ve never stayed anywhere surrounded by electric fence before.

No running water & no offer to help
The hotel’s water completely cut off mid morning. In the end, had to wash shampoo and soap out of our hair using mineral water, which took the hotel over 30 minutes to find. The water was off for several hours. Nothing offered in the way of compensation or anything at all for this. The hotel tried to not even mention it.

Not up to Marriott standards
Not a great Marriott experience. In our stay a week earlier the air on was broken. Moved rooms. This time the cold water was turned off at the sink and control knob below missing. Also air on was marginal. Returning from mediocre breakfast we were locked out of our room. New key. Marriott, you can do better.

They should give a warning to travelers that the water, while potable, may still give one a severe case of food poisoning- like symptoms. We drank water from the tap and both of us were very very sick the next day.

Al llegar al check in nos informaron que no había llaves entonces el personal de recepción tenía que acompañar a cada huésped a su habitación para abrir con llave maestra. Sólo una persona en recepción, por lo que el proceso fue tardado. El shuttle al aeropuerto es insuficiente.. y se tiene que avisar por mail, cosa que no me dijeron al hablar al hotel, tuvimos que pagar un taxi de 20 USD

A very convenient hotel located close to the airport. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport if you arrange it. It seemed to me like this was a popular first or last night's stay for larger tour groups traveling within Chile and using guide services. It also appears to be a very new hotel. The entire place is very clean, from the common areas up to the individual rooms. Are stay included, a good breakfast variety at no additional cost, although it wasn't the greatest in quality. Further, the restaurant staff was not especially friendly or helpful. One individual in particular at the front desk, Javiera, was incredible. She spoke fluent English and helps us understand the public transit system, gave us an emergency phone number in case we ended up in a sketchy situation, and even set us up with a metro/bus card. We actually chose to come back to this hotel as we prepared to hear home from the airport almost entirely based on our interaction with her. Unfortunately, our second stay was far less stellar and Javiera wasn't even around during our short time there. The individual who was working the front desk was short and rude, even trying to charge me a full day price, at a higher rate, for our requested late check out. Meanwhile, this half rate was already promised to us by a different person at the desk the day before. Based primarily on my staff interaction, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the property was safe and convenient access to airport. But, the bathroom door in the room was jammed and despite bringing it to the front desk staff 2 times, they still did not fix it. I had a better experience staying in City Express Hotel a few days earlier, and I'd recommend that compared to this hotel
