“La Casa Blanca de Vigan is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the city. The rooms are excellent and give off a 5-star vibe, while still keeping that charming ancestral Vigan feel. The slight mustiness and creaky floors add to the old-house character, nothing too bothersome.
The luxury-level toiletries and beddings really elevate the stay, and the breakfast (an Ilocano buffet included in the room rate) is very good.
