Hotel a Santol

“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”

“The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway. I think it's a fairly new property and may still be dealing with growing pains. It's a small property but that's ok. It's right on a pretty beach with clean water. That's also a plus. The big problem is how isolated it is. There are other small hotels nearby but nothing in the way of things to do or other places to...

“All was good, very spacious room, only wish they have a refrigerator in room. ”

“There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can.”

“The location was fantastic and the outside area is truly beautiful, though the grass could use a bit more attention and landscaping. However, the room itself is in need of a major upgrade, particularly the bathroom, which felt quite dated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. ”

“Clean, budget-friendly hotel walking distance to the beach. AC works well. Couldn’t get much sleep due to street noise. I could hear every car and truck pass by and our room was not even the closest to the street. May stay again in the future if traveling with a big group. I’ll just wear noise canceling headphones or bring medicine to help me sleep.”

“I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. ”
