The room did not match what was shown on the website. There was no way to contact the front desk from the room if you needed anything—you had to physically go downstairs to request items like towels. The room itself was very dark, the curtains were barely hanging, and the room clearly needs updating ...

At check-in, there was an issue with the room I was first assigned, but the staff kindly arranged a room change right away. The second room also had a problem, and they promptly moved me again without any hassle. I really appreciated their help. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming.
