I 250 mq. La villa ha una zona soggiorno a pianta aperta con un accogliente spazio relax, una zona pranzo e una cucina di alta gamma completamente attrezzata. Dormire comodamente 10 persone, ci sono quattro camere da letto principali e un soppalco tutte dotate di un letto matrimoniale. Altri due ospiti possono essere ospitati nei comodi divani della casa ad un costo aggiuntivo. La villa contiene tre bagni e comprende anche tutti i comfort appropriati per una vacanza di lusso e di alta qualità. Alcuni di loro sono: acqua calda, televisione, wi-fi, allarme, aria condizionata, pulizie giornaliere, barbecue e due camini (per l'inverno).

All'aperto il bellissimo e spazioso paesaggio con la piscina scintillante ti porta in un'atmosfera dell'azzurro blu ellenico. Mentre è impossibile resistere ai momenti di relax sotto il sole gustando un drink rinfrescante, puoi anche concederti un delizioso pasto nell'area salotto all'aperto. Uno dei principali vantaggi della villa è il modo in cui il sole e il suo treno luminoso lo coprono dall'alba fino all'alba.

Dotata di piscina privata e giardino, l'Aleria Villa in stile cicladico si trova nel villaggio di Mesaria. È dotato di un'unità completamente attrezzata ed elegantemente arredata con caminetti e vista sul Mar Egeo, sul giardino e sulla piscina. Il WiFi è disponibile gratuitamente in tutto l'edificio.

Le numerose cappelle blu e bianche con i campanili e le tradizionali case bianche brillano come gemme preziose nella splendida luce del sole, rendendolo un luogo ideale per passeggiare e fare foto. Archontiko Argyros è uno dei must-see. È un bellissimo museo con architetto neoclassico dove si può esplorare la vita delle ricche famiglie di Santorini, di solito proprietari terrieri delle aziende vinicole, nel 19 ° secolo. Fira, essendo a soli 5 minuti di distanza, occupa il centro del massimo stile di vita di Santorini con la sua caldera mozzafiato, ristoranti, caffè e negozi di souvenir, negozi di moda, club e gallerie d'arte. Amazing Villa; Amazing Host

Our group was 8 adults total and Aleria Villa was an amazing place for our stay in Santorini! The Villa was as presented in the listing and was excellent value for money and accommodations were simple but ample for a Greek Island vacation. The yard and pool were a great hangout space. Housekeeping came and did a nice job every other day, pool was cleaned daily. Location isn’t your classic Santorini cliff house but the villa had tons of space to make up for all that and honestly it was nice to end the day in a quieter location away from the crowds. Many restaurants / beaches are between 10 and 20 minutes away which was fine.Stravoula (the host) went above and beyond to support us before arrival and throughout the stay and helped us organize all sorts of activities (catamaran tour, restaurant bookings, driver for trips around the island, wine tasting, a chef who came and cooked us a meal). Probably the best host for any place we have stayed in. It really made the trip special for all of us!

We stayed here with a group of 10 friends and had an absolutely amazing time! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and thoughtfully organized. The house itself was beautiful and super comfortable for a large group—plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out.What really made the trip special were all the recommendations we received. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have the best experience possible. The driving service made getting around super easy, the boat day was a total highlight, and the personal chef was incredible—one of the best meals we’ve had on vacation!We had such a blast and made memories we’ll never forget. Can’t recommend this place enough if you're looking for a fun, stress-free getaway with friends!

Beautiful Villa

We loved staying here. Quiet location. Lovely home. Enjoyed the pool. Stavroula was so easy to communicate with and ready to help make our stay memorable. She arranged our catamaran cruise and gave us a number to a driver we loved using. When Someone left shorts on the catamaran she arranged for their return. Such a relaxing place to stay. We would book again.

Amazing!

The villa was perfect for our party of 6 adults and one three year old. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Stavroula organised cars to be delivered to the villa ( which I think is a must as everything is quite a walk away) and also a private chef to come on our last evening which turned out to be the highlight of our trip! The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you to Bora, the housekeeper for keeping everything looking beautiful, to Stavroula for answering any queries we had so quickly and to chef Nita for her amazing food. We were sad to leave.

Our stay at Aleria Villa from July 9th to July 13th was nothing short of spectacular. Our group of 8, which included my wife, our two daughters, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, and myself, enjoyed every moment in this stunning villa. The villa itself was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Santorini weather. What truly set this experience apart was our host, Stavroula. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From assisting with transportation reservations to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, she was always super responsive to our requests and needs. The combination of the luxurious villa and the exceptional hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Aleria Villa to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Santorini. We highly recommend this property. Great communication with Stravoula the property manager. The space worked well for two families. Highlight was the pool and outdoor area. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals. We liked that we could easily drive to other towns and beaches.

Absolutely fabulous, book this villa!

Everything about Aleria Villa was fabulous! My family of 8 came to Santorini to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with Stavroula the property manager via WhatsApp was excellent. She contacted me prior to arrival with recommendations and information, then was waiting for us at the villa to greet us and let us in. She messaged us several times during our 6 day stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. Bora the housekeeper was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job talking care of the villa. We were so pleased to see a cat and kittens in the backyard, and Bora takes care of the cats too. The villa was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it was top notch. We spent a great deal of time lounging around the pool and cooking delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. We rented 2 cars and the villa was a perfect location for exploring the island. We absolutely loved our stay!

Generally it was very nice. But some tweaking would be good. There need to be more towel bars in the bathrooms. It would be nice to have Kleenex and plenty of extra toilet paper. It would also be nice to have coasters. These are fairly small items but would certainly kick it up to another level. It is a very beautiful facility in a good location. We did have some trouble with adequate hot water but it was repaired in a timely fashion. In general, we were very pleased. Thanks!

Great Location for Santorini

We stayed 5 nights at the villa & it was amazing. Perfect location to go eat or out for the day exploring, we rented side by sides. Bora was there every morning to take care of any needs for the villa like towels or cleaning. Stavroula checked in frequently & was always available to answer any questions regardless of the time! Highly recommend this property

Wonderful peaceful location!

House was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Store was walking distance to quaint center of town. Air conditioner in each room worked perfectly. Pool was awesome and so were the many lounging area. The loft is not for tall people and has no ac. Stavroula is so kind, patient and knowledgeable about the area. She arranged transportation for us and at our request had an ATV delivered to the house which we paid the rental fee. The ATV helped to bring groceries back to the house versus carry. Bora the care taker was very helpful also. We will return. Thank you Stavroula and Bora.

Pool paradise!

We were two famiies of seven adults staying at this villa and this review is from all of us. Stavroula, the property manager, is a treasure and we are very grateful to her for everything she did to assist us during our stay. She was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. The housekeeper was discreet; we appreciated her flexibility around us. We loved the outdoor space: terrace, seating areas and pool. The town of Messaria is about 10 minutes walk & has a supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants, vehicle hire etc. Fira is accesible by bus or approx 40 minutes walk. There are footpaths behind the property otherwise its a very busy road into Messaria. Beaches are accessible by bus. The villa description is misleading: it's a four not five bedroom property. The beds are all doubles. There is a low ceiling mezzanine with a mattress on the floor. It was impractical for use for reasons of privacy, too hot and no blinds or covering for the roof windows. We were two couples and three single people of different ages and abilities expecting five bedrooms. Six bottles of water were provided on arrival however we had to walk into town daily to stock up (tap water is not drinkable). Maybe having a daily water delivery could be an option for guests who do not have a vehicle or less able to carry several bottles of water up a hill. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.

A Special Place

This was a special place for our family vacation. This villa was perfect for my parents, my two adult sons and me and my husband. Everyone had their own spaces and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area is the star of the show - amazing. Messaria was out of the way and not in all the crowds but a quick car ride away. Stavroula was amazing and always a text away when we needed help. The only downside was the construction next door that started at 7 AM and sometimes went until 5 or 6 PM. They seems to be new construction all over the island. We would definitely come back!

Spacious Villa

We loved our stay at this villa. It had 4 bedrooms and a loft which was perfect for our group of 7. There was plenty of gathering space so that we could enjoy each other. There was also plenty of areas where you could have some time to yourself. The pool area was spacious enough for all. Stavroula was a great host. She helped arrange transportation and pick ups from the airport as people arrived at different times. We would definitely stay here again.

She is a great communicator, and was very helpful with dinner recommendations, rental cars, arranging a catamaran cruise, and a private chef. The home is lovely, and the pool area is delightful. It’s a quick drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. Warning to folks with children, pretty much everything is white, so be careful with dirty feet! And the pool is not heated, which I think is typical for Santorini, so it was a bit chilly in April.

Simplement parfait,

En dehors du circuit touristique habituel, mais proche de tout. Alors à vous de choisir, fare niente au bord de la piscine, visites, ou activités de mer.

Perfect for large groups

We enjoyed our stay at Aleria Villa. The home had plenty of room for our group of 7. The housekeeping gal was very sweet. She came to the house every day and always did a little extra like hanging the clothes that we left in the washer. That was very much appreciated. The villa is a bit of a distance from both Fira & Oia but there is a cute village with restaurants and stores within walking distance. We chose not to rent a car so we used car services when we went to the bigger towns. That can be quite costly but with 7 of us dividing the cost it wasn't so bad. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend.

Blissful Stay in Paradise

What a week in Santorini! Stayed at beautiful and spacious Aleria Villa with family members for our daughter’s wedding. We enjoyed our stay immensely and took advantage of all the opportunities presented to us. Rental cars were delivered to the property, groceries taken care of before our arrival, housekeeping regularly and a delicious meal prepared by our private cook for 15 people! Great location, well appointed finishes and alluring pool to enjoy after a day of fun & adventure. The staff was truly accommodating and thoughtful. We definitely will be back! Thank you!
