    Questa affascinante casa tradizionale in grotta offre una vista panoramica su uno dei tramonti più belli della Grecia. La romantica terrazza panoramica e il cortile sono in comune con la casa grotta SUNSET Studio. È perfetto per sedersi là fuori con un bicchiere di vino, un libro e guardare il tramonto. La sua magnifica vista sul tramonto di Oia, rende la terrazza su più livelli della casa un luogo ideale per il relax.

    POSIZIONE PERFETTA PER LA TUA VACANZA!

    La casa grotta si trova nel cuore di Oia. Molto vicino al centro e lontano dal trambusto della strada principale. La casa grotta "SUNSET Terrace" è composta da due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali in stile tradizionale e un soggiorno con un ampio divano letto. C'è anche una sala da pranzo separata, che comprende un secondo divano tradizionale fatto a mano e un grande tavolo con un vassoio di frutta accogliente. C'è un angolo cottura. Il bagno è dotato di doccia. Il tetto e il giardino esterno sono molto tranquilli e belli.

    La posizione di “Sunset Terrace cave house” è adatta ai nostri ospiti per raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse di Oia in un minuto! Oia, questo bellissimo villaggio, scavato nella cenere del vulcano più di 1.500 anni fa, ti accoglierà in una delle sue case originali e tradizionali, la casa-caverna SUNSET TERRACE. Qui le persone hanno scavato le loro case sottoterra o nelle scogliere per essere protette dal vento, dal freddo, dal sole estivo e soprattutto dai terremoti! Questo tipo di architettura rende il villaggio un posto unico sul pianeta! SUNSET TERRACE, a causa della sua singolarità, deve essere preservato esattamente come era in origine!
    Nel caso in cui tu sia più di 5 persone e hai bisogno di più camere da letto e un secondo bagno, c'è SUNSET STUDIO, una bella casa rupestre con letto matrimoniale e una zona salotto nel soggiorno, un angolo cottura e un bagno con doccia. È proprio accanto.

    PERFETTO PER LA TUA FAMIGLIA O UN GRUPPO DI AMICI!

    Le case delle caverne sono consigliate per una o due famiglie o due gruppi di amici. Se vuoi rilassarti, scrivere e goderti la vita di Santorini senza sentirti un turista, SUNSET TERRACE è l'ideale. La casa dispone di Wi-Fi e aria condizionata, anche se raramente è necessaria in quanto la casa ottiene una piacevole brezza se si lasciano le finestre aperte.

    La casa si trova a 20 metri da negozi, ristoranti e 2 minuti a piedi dal mercato, gallerie, autobus e terminal dei taxi. Si trova nella città vecchia di Oia, vicino al castello, che è il famoso "Sunset Point" della Grecia! Dista inoltre 2 minuti a piedi dal bar lounge Pool Cafe "Lyogerma" e 10 minuti di auto dalle tre spiagge che si trovano vicino a Oia.
    C'è un TRAMONTO UNICO Vista dalla grande terrazza!

Fantastic!

Maria was just what our family needed for our stay in Oia. Her cave houses are beautiful and she attends to every detail needed for a visit to Santorini. You won’t regret visiting her cave houses and exploring Oia!

Absolutely Flawless

It was our first times traveling out of the county and Maria made it so easy and seamless! She set everything up for us so there would be no headache! She responded so fast if we had any questions and was the most amazing host ever. When I come back to Greece, I will definitely book a place from her again.

Amazing famous Santorini Sunset view from the terrace

Maria was very helpful and responsive. She helped arrange transport from Airport and her helpful staff were gracious and helped us with our large bags. Maria was a very gracious host, gave us Wine and snacks during sunset. Helped us with suggestion on tours and made bookings for us. Excellent location and host. Definitely recommend staying at one of Maria' s locations.

Perfect. Maria, the rooftop patio, sunsets, accommodations, willingness of staff to provide driver or recommendations. Everyone was so courteous and polite. Willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Bravo to all!!!!!

The property was as described with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, couch and a small dining table. Amenities were great: breakfast foods, toiletries, spa bath, etc. Maria was very hospitable and helpful, taking care of our transportation, giving recommendations for local restaurants, responding when we had an issue figuring out the A/C. The property has a charming entrance and courtyard down a set of steep steps. We also had a wonderful rooftop reception on the first evening with wine and appetizers. We would definitely visit again. One small bit of info: you will be walking from the dropoff point over cobbled streets, so make sure you have sturdy wheels on your luggage.

Great sunset view

This was our first time in Santorini. We wanted to stay in Oia because we had heard of it’s famous sunsets and it did not disappoint. Maria and her staff were exceptional. She arranged our airport pickup, who coordinated the check-in with María and her staff. Mohammed and Islam picked us up from the drop off location and took our luggage down to the home. Showed us the proper and all amenities. The property was tucked in, but had a terrace with a great view to the sunset. Did not have to deal with the crowds or restaurants to be able to see the sunset. Wine and light snacks were provided to enjoy the sunset. There was a small kitchen area with light breakfast items provided. Daily housekeeping was offered. Very clean. Maria and her staff were available when needed and were very accommodating with any requests we had. Maria was also very helpful in answering questions, making recommendations and assisting with reservations. Staying at this property was a main factor in the success of our trip. Highly recommend it!

Oia Paradise

Stayed at the property for 5 days in end of June - beginning of July. Maria is wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with and immediately responsive to help with all matters. This property was plenty roomy for my spouse and I (a bedroom plus a living/dining area and a kitchen), plus access to a deck for a very pleasant relaxation late afternoon/early evening. Maria and her team keep the premise very perfectly clean!! Location is perfect for both sunset viewing and easy access into all of Oia by foot. Maria's team is onsite every day to answer any questions. 5 stars for Maria as a host!!

Great Experience in Older Section of Oia, Santorini

From arrival, throughout our stay and during check out, Maria and her support team, Sunil & Ben, were always available and ready to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Kudos and many thanks to all for making us feel welcome and part of the family. The Sunset Apartment is spacious and pleasantly combines a historic 19th century “Cave” structure with Maria’s creative design and personal touches. It is just far enough away from the busy tourist sections to offer privacy and evening peace and quiet. The elevated private patio is perfect for watching sunsets without the crowds that are in other areas. The only caution is that if you are over 5’-7” (1.7m) tall you must always remember to duck when going through any doorways.

Beautiful roof deck and house

Spent the last night of our holiday in Santorini here. Internally was a little more spacious than the Blue & White cave house we had rented for the 5 days prior to this. Clean and well maintained with a fabulous roof terrace and hot tub. Located at the end corner of Oia. Outstanding customer service from Maria the owner and George who works for her.

Beautiful Private Terrace

We had our host help us choose a space to enjoy the Oia sunset and light breeze. We had a big enough space to have a private catered dinner for 4 and a dance area where two musicians played the night away. We had use of the bathroom and the chef had easy accessibility to the kitchen. It was perfectly decorated. A couple of lights allowed the night to magically glow. Thank you MARIA!!

Relaxing stay in Oia

I was part of a group of four ladies that stayed together in April 2012 at Sunset Terrace. Three of us had been in Florence, Italy for 8 months studying art. The house was adorable and had everything we needed for our 6 days of relaxation. Our flight to Santorini from Athens was cancelled due to inclement weather and we had to rebook for the next morning, but Maria was more than accommodating. She provided us with everything we needed, and every morning we had a lovely homemade breakfast ready. We were very glad to have chosen Oia as our place to stay. The terrace looks out over an incredible sunset with nothing in the way, and it is a great place to hang out. The house is close to restaurants and shops but nice and quiet in April. I would go back to Sunset Terrace for sure, and send my relatives - I know they will be happy with Maria!

Ultimate Santorini experience in fantastic house

We stayed 2 couples in July 2012. Our best recommendations for this ultimate adorable house in the center of beautiful Oia – the best place to stay in all Santorini. The house is really nice and it has an amazing roof terrace with a stunning sunset view to white houses, churches and the Sea. The host Maria is very kind and provides you with a really nice and personal service. All in all – a stay at this house is a memorable experience!

We stayed in Sunset Terrace 1 for our honeymoon, and could not have been more pleased. The house was beautiful- nicely decorated and very clean. The terrace was huge and had the best views of the sunset. The house was in the best location! It was not covered with tourists, but still close enough to all of the nice restaurants and bars. An extra bonus was having delicious breakfast served to us every morning and Maria provided special treats for us. Maria gave us all the info that we needed to find the place and was very helpful with giving advice of things to do and see around Oia. She recommended the most beautiful beach that was not covered by tourists. We highly recommend staying here!

Bliss!

We just returned from a week staying at Sunset Terrace 1 (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) with our two young children aged 4 and 2 and we absolutely loved it! The house has been lovingly furnished and decorated by Maria. It is quite cosy and my 6'2" husband suffered a few head injuries due to the low-height doors, but this was completely overshadowed by the divine terrace. All the reviewers have raved about the beautiful, bougainvillea-drenched terrace. It's true. Santorini is not all about sunsets, but sipping a glass of Maria's homemade sherry on a terrace stretched out over the caldera while the sun sinks into the red and orange hued sea is undeniable bliss! The villa has one of the best views of the best sunset in Oia and we felt like royalty relaxing on the terrace whilst bus-loads of tourists crowd on the footpath just beneath us! One of the highlights of our stay was Maria's Sunday evening 'Sunset Party' for the guests of all her houses in Oia. The other families were delightful and we shared a great meal and wine prepared by Maria and Miranda. Our children loved it so much we had our own sunset parties thereafter including sunset pyjama parties, sunset breakfast parties, and sunset kids' dinner parties (Maria also organised babysitting for us on 2 nights). Maria is the consummate host and a wealth of knowledge on where to go, what to do and where to eat in Santorini. It was wonderful to have her local knowledge on tap! We look forward to returning one day.

Great Stay!

This was a perfect accommodation for our stay in Santorini. The whitewashed cathredal ceilings along with personal decoration and comfortable spaces were ideal. We shared the villa with another couple who also raved about the location and enjoyment of their stay. Maria was an exceptional host who provided delightful suggestions for enjoying our time, She took us to meet friends and local residents which added to our experience. In addition, when we were "stuck in this paradise" due to ferry strikes, she was able to continue our accommodation another two days, then find us excellent other accommodation when her new guests arrived. We would recommend it highly to anyone who wants to be right in the heart of the most beautiful village on Santorini. The entry/patio was welcoming with traditional Greek bougainvillea, terra-cotta pots and furniture. We felt at home immediately. So close to everything, yet quiet.

Santorini paradise

We couldn't be happier with our stay in Santorini. The sunset terrace house is not only beautiful, but it is also cozy. 2 bedrooms, a large living space and dining area provide plenty of room. The location is also convenient to the parking lot if you need to travel out of Oia as well as close to all of the wonderful restaurants and facilities that Oia provides. It is a close walk to the pool bar if you want to spend the day by the water. The view from the terrace is amazing. Many tourists pass by staring at the house and taking pictures. Each night we would buy a bottle of wine, cheese, olives and meat and enjoy the sun. Maria was so friendly and provided great recommendations for dinner as well as beaches and tours. We will definitely be back!

Bougainvillea SUNSET!

The old small castle of Oia and the beautiful village stood quiet and majestic at half past eight in the evening. The sunset was so beautiful and brilliant that I love to keep this view immortal. Sitting on the terrace, in the comfortable swing bed near the pink and white bougainvillea, I was watching the sun making the horizon red. I was feeling that life is like an unbelievable dream of nature and that people are living through it. Maria's house: beautiful, comfortable, traditional, made me feel happy. I liked looking at the sun rising in the early morning. In the night I could watch the stars, the Polar, the pointers, the moon in the dark blue sky, so clearly reflected on the sea surface! I have to say to Maria my congratulations and million thanks for the respect that she has and holds for all her guests, giving them a comfortable vacation, good advices and good information for everything. Her great talents find the way of their expression in everything she does. I will be very pleased to come again. Markis. Athens.
