The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. “Excellent! felt like home and the service was outstanding. everything is written in Japanese, English, French, Spanish ,,etc.. (don't remember what else) .
there is a supermarket close by and a very nice place to eat too.
the room we reserved did not have its own bathroom but all the bathroom/restrooms are so clean that it does not matter. Parking space is big and easy for long cars. ”

“Fantastisk sted, spotless og god service. Anbefaler rom mot banen hvis du er glad i bil. Eneste vi kan sette fingeren på er at den japanske restauranten var ganske dyr og ikke helt etter vår smak. Men det virket å være bra mat for de som liker godt det som står på menyen. Hvis jeg drar tilbake til Fuji er dette hotellet jeg kommer tilbake til.”

“The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. ”

Il terrazzo liberamente visitabile gode di un'ottima vista del monte Fuji. Le lavatrici a gettoni erano di qualità superiore all norma. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.”
